The terms, in plain words
If someone clicks your link and subscribes from a new account within 30 days, it counts as yours.
Your balance turns confirmed once the payment settles and the refund window closes.
By UPI or bank transfer once your confirmed balance passes ₹1,000. Below that, it carries forward.
No tax is withheld from your commission today. If Sanchay later becomes liable to deduct TDS on commission, it applies only above ₹20,000 in a financial year, and your statement will always show gross, TDS and net.
