1. What Sanchay is

Sanchay is a market-data analytics and research tool for Indian equities. It processes official end-of-day exchange data — price, volume, delivery, reported deals and corporate filings — and presents it as scores, stages, charts and briefings. Sanchay describes observed market evidence; it does not provide investment advice, buy/sell recommendations, portfolio management or advisory services of any kind, and it is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. One subscription covers one person; sharing credentials may lead to suspension. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Access requires an active paid plan. Payments are made by UPI directly to Sanchay's account and are activated after verification. Plans do not auto-renew and no debit mandate is created on your account. Renewing early adds the new period on top of your remaining days. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where access could not be activated.

4. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, resell, redistribute or republish Sanchay's data, scores or analysis; attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring; or use the service in any unlawful manner. The service is provided for your personal research use.

5. No warranty; limitation of liability

Market data originates from third-party exchange sources and may contain errors, gaps or delays. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Securities markets involve risk, including loss of capital; you are solely responsible for your investment decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanchay's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

6. Changes

Features and these terms may change as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
